Job description

Overview

Serve as a team's mechanical engineer for major development projects or multiple simultaneous projects. Ensure that engineering design activities are coordinated per the development procedure.

Work closely with Sales Departments to understand product needs, cost models and areas for improvement.

Review product documentation for accuracy including documentation intended for customers' use.

Design, construct, shakedown and operate new mechanical process test systems.

Development of new processes and/or operational methods improving the quality of test stand operations and performance.

Research & Development, design jig & fixture and prepare Bill of Material (BOM)

Ability to work independently, resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction, and work as a part of a team

Provide technical support and assist in the resolution of manufacturing problems as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in CAD using software SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Able to read & interpret technical drawings.
• Capability to accurately and efficiently work on multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
