We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NPI Engineer (Box Build Assembly) to lead and coordinate the successful launch of new products from concept to production. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and timely product introductions while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire NPI process, from concept design, prototyping, and testing to production launch involving new tooling/product development.
2. Coordinate activities concerned with box build assembly.
3. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle, troubleshooting issues to avoid delays.
4. Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget launches.
5. Work with suppliers and partners to ensure alignment with product requirements and timelines.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. (Master's degree is a plus.)
• 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Development, or Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience of box build assembly, particularly in home appliances.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
