YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
The NPI Engineer will fully support all future Hard Tag new projects and related NPI project development and qualification.
In charge of quality & reliability testing for the new product with co-operation with Quality dept.
Bill of Material (BOM) construction.
Generate cost model for customization/new product when is necessary.
Plan, execute, follow-up and lead on customization/ new product build by working together with product development engineer to proceed with Released for Production (RFP) status.
Act as the liaison person or contact window for commercial team and external customers for customization/new product requirement prior to kick off.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience with NPI activities (knowledge in R&D and Project Management are a plus).
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment and is comfortable with document reporting.
High computer literacy, technically good with numbers and is able to work independently.
Resilient, highly adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably working experiences in plastic injection line and familiar with DFM/ mold analysis knowledge.
Well verse of Autocad/ solid work or other drawing tools is a must.
