A leading company in the liquor trading industry is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team with daily operations, customer management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales coordination, relationship management, and a strong background in marketing. · Assist the sales team in managing daily operations and administrative tasks.
· Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
· Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of sales reports and customer data.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to resolve any issues or concerns from e- commerce website, walk-in customers, and wholesale customers.
· Support the sales team in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
· Monitor and prepare sales performance and reports for management.
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of products.
· Managing private sales customers for their orders, delivery service etc
Inventory and Order Management
· Keep track of stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishments with the warehouse team.
· Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies and ensure order accuracy.
· Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events for liquor products.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertisements.
· Monitor campaign outcomes and report results to sales and marketing teams.
· Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and improve customer engagement.
· Assist in maintaining and updating social media pages, e-hailing platforms, and e-commerce websites.
· Assisting with internal audits and regulatory compliance checks.
· Keep the sales team informed about changes in liquor price.
