Overview
- Provide first level response to customer and follow escalation procedure when needed
- Liaise with both internal & external parties in assist customer projects in daily operation
- Maintain and operate SDN/SDWAN Portal to meet customer requirement
- Maintain equipment inventory at up-to-date standard
- Handle phone-in, email, instant message of support enquires in using our services
- Monitoring corporate backbone network and proceed fault escalation accordingly
- Be part of a NOC Team that provides support in a shift rotation basis
