Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organizational Analytics (OA) Scientist (NLP) in Kuala Lumpur to analyze people behavior using NLP and ML, build embeddings, and prototype GenAI solutions. The role requires cloud deployment skills and strong data fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
• 3–5 years of NLP, ML, and research experience.
• GenAI model/application development experience (RAG, few-shot).
• LLM Engineering to deploy GenAI on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
• Data fluency with analytic models and digital tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Fetch information from multiple sources and analyze it to understand people behavior.
• Develop and apply NLP algorithms and embeddings for analysis.
• Prototype GenAI/LLM solutions and deploy on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
• Train NLP models for supervised and unsupervised tasks.
• Perform data cleansing and verification for analysis.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and client insights.
• Contribute to thought leadership and research papers.
