Job summary

MeHow Medical (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a CNC operator to run Röders, Mazak or Makino machines for high-precision parts. You will read engineering drawings, follow CNC programs, and maintain tools and fixtures while keeping the area clean and safe.

You will inspect your own work, report quality issues, and work with supervisors on assigned tasks. Night shifts and independence are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of CNC machining/operation experience.
• Familiar with CNC machining processes and procedures.
• Experience operating Röders, Mazak or Makino CNC machines is an added advantage.
• Able to read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions and CNC programs.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to machining processes, CNC programs and safety standards.
• Perform high-precision machining according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct self-inspection of machined components and report quality abnormalities.
• Perform daily inspection, basic maintenance and housekeeping of CNC machines.
• Maintain and properly use CNC fixtures, cutting tools, magnetic tables and other equipment.
• Maintain 5S and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Record production performance, quality status and tool usage accurately.
• Follow work instructions and tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Identify and report machine or machining abnormalities promptly.
