About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is comfortable handling both guest services and night-time financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours in a professional manner.
• Perform daily night audit tasks including balancing and posting of hotel revenue and transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports to management.
• Ensure the accuracy of guest folios and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to guest enquiries, emergencies, and complaints during the night shift.
• Monitor property safety and conduct periodic security checks.
• Close and roll over the Property Management System (PMS) at end-of-day.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is an advantage.
• Familiar with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDB, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Preferred Male only.
