Qualifications

Description- Oversee, develop, and manage detailed integration plans of new acquisitions and investments into the Group for non-solar business such as BESS, Hydrogen, EE and other Renewables.
- Lead business development and partnership development in non-solar such as BESS, Hydrogen, EE and other Renewables.
- Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio of acquired companies and their synergy with the Group's core solar activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, HR, IT, legal) to ensure successful and timely integration of acquired companies.
- Monitor integration progress and resolve any issues that arise to ensure smooth transitions.
- Evaluate the performance and strategic fit of acquired companies within the broader organizational goals of the Group, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding strategic adjustments and areas for further investment or divestment.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders, functional department heads and senior management to ensure alignment and effective execution of integration strategies.
- Track and report on the realization of synergies and benefits post-acquisition, ensuring that they meet or exceed projections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding post-acquisition integration and portfolio management.
- Lead and prepare regular updates on post-M&A portfolio performance, including integration progress, financial results, and operational improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant fields.
- Advantage for an Engineering background, as well as experience in Renewables
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Corporate Strategy, M&A and Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Customer-oriented, independent and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced environment.
- Passionate to learn, able to work systematically, demonstrate accountability.
