Job summary

A leading company in the oil & gas sector seeks a Material Expeditor for their Miri location. The role requires significant experience in materials management with familiarity in SAP and logistics processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the industry and knowledge of material specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in materials related field onshore and offshore.
• Familiar with MIE - Materials Management process.

Responsibilities

• Raise Materials Master Request Form (MMRF) as per COMPANY standard.
• Expedite materials upon Purchase Order (PO) issues.
• Interpret Isometric Piping and Structural Drawing.

Work Location: Onshore based – Miri (Sarawak Maintenance Construction and Execution)

REQUIREMENTS:-
– Bachelor in Degree or Technical Diploma.
– Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in oil & gas industry.
– Minimum 3 years’ working experiences in materials related field onshore and offshore.
– Familiar in operating SAP as per Maintenance Integrity Execution (MIE) – Materials Management (MM) process.
– Knowledge in materials specification requirement.
– Knowledge in Logistics processes.
– Knowledge in raising Materials Master Request Form (MMRF) as per COMPANY standard.
– Good in using Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.
– Knowledge in materials take off (MTO), basic interpretation Isometric Piping and Structural Drawing.
– Knowledge in materials expediting upon Purchase Order (PO) issue.
