Job summary

A leading company in the energy sector is looking for a qualified Engineer, Production. The successful candidate will handle technical aspects of petroleum engineering projects, including reservoir and well characterization, and must have a solid understanding of relevant software tools. This position is open to Malaysian candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering from recognized university.
• Preferably 5 years working experience in similar position.
• Familiar with issues relating to drilling, production and offshore wells.

New Job Opportunity – Engineer, Production

Good day!

We are sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the post of Engineer, Production.

Malaysian candidates only, preferable Sarawakian.
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 1-2 years (tentative)

REQUIREMENTS:
– Degree in Petroleum Engineering from recognized university.
– Preferably 5years working experience in similar position.
– Technical awareness in reservoir, completion and well characterization.
– Prior experience with Petroleum Engineering software specifically in Nodal Analysis and Network Modelling i.e PETEX and decline curve analysis i.e OFM.
– Familiar with issues relating to drilling, production and work over of offshore dry-tree and Subsea wells.
– Willingness to travel to the field, both onshore and offshore.
– Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
