Job Description

• Spearhead the design and implementation of forward-thinking logistics strategies to support global expansion, with a focus on cost efficiency, scalibity, and adaptability for new markets.
• Manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle-from project planning through to successful market launch and expansion-ensuring seamless execution.
• Serve as a key driver of change by promoting new initiatives and aligning logistics functions with the company's international growth objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and efficiency.
• Anticipate and resolve logistics challenges in emerging markets by developing innovative solutions to address customs, regulatory, and supply chain complexities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment of logistics strategies with overall business goals.
• Design and implement robust contingency plans to maintain flexibility and operational resilience amid global supply chain disruptions.
• Drive logistics optimization initiatives aimed at reducing costs, boosting operational efficiency, and supporting sustained business expansion.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, or project management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities, particularly in cost optimization, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance, including HS codes, customs procedures, and import/export regulations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align long-term business goals with efficient daily operations.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities in emerging markets.
