You'll be working for a market-leader within the ICT solutions industry who is looking for a Network Technical Account Manager to be based in Sarawak. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role

  • Provide ICT solutions to clients in the Sarawak region, with foundational knowledge in networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi) and IT infrastructure (servers, storage, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver customized project solutions while meeting sales targets and driving continuous revenue growth through strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, collaborating with partners to enhance solution competitiveness and address customer demands.
  • Take part in high-level industry engagements and marketing initiatives to boost brand presence and expand influence within the sector.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally possesses a minimum of 5 years' experience within the ICT industry.
  • Background in selling integrated, multi-domain technology solutions is advantageous.
  • Skilled in managing high-value, prominent client accounts.
