Job Title: Network Security Analyst

We are seeking a Network Security Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya.

Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions to deliver first-level support for network-related requests and issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer service level agreements and serve as the primary contact for escalated requests and issues.
• Restore customer services promptly and provide ownership for escalated cases.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and work instructions in a 24x7 environment to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
• Provide consultancy to business clients regarding service availability and functionality.
• Review and enforce MS processes, ensure documentation is current, and escalate issues as needed.
• Acknowledge and qualify NMS alerts with appropriate priority levels.
• Diagnose problems and provide solutions for service restoration.
• Provide first and second level technical support for customer escalations.
• Escalate cases internally, to management, or third-party vendors when necessary.
• Perform remote diagnostic troubleshooting for customer incidents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a NOC or Data Centre support environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional qualification.
• Industry certifications such as NSE, CCNA, or Aruba are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/Voice/Security/Server technologies.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including weekends.
