Location: Johor Bahru Office (Iskandar Puteri) - Preferred; Or Kuala Lumpur Office (Mid-Valley). Frequent travels up to 50% are expected if located in KL.

Qualifications:

1. Good logical thinking ability, team management ability, and teamwork awareness, adept at identifying problems and proposing solutions.
2. More than 10 years of experience in network product implementation and maintenance management, proficient in IP routing and switch technology, as well as network security and wireless technology, familiar with the configuration and management of various mainstream network products, and familiar with network security products and systems.
3. Experience in IDC data center or large enterprise network design and planning, overall solution design, rich experience in network project implementation and operation and maintenance management, and familiarity with network project construction standards (network equipment scale of more than 1,000 units, wide geographical distribution, and multiple branches, with technical difficulty and breadth meeting internal requirements).
4. Proficient in mainstream LAN and WLAN technologies including H3C, Cisco, Aruba campus, and data center wired and wireless technologies.
5. Proficient in WAN protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN, VMware, Cisco's SD-WAN, and various VPN technologies.
6. Proficient in security tools such as Fortinet firewall, WAF, FAC, ISE, and internet behavior management.
7. Experience with management software like Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, IP address management platforms, Fortinet management platform, and configuring backup servers, network and security automation orchestration.
8. Knowledge of network physical resources including data centers, bridges, information rooms, and routing standards, with more than 5 years of experience in implementing relevant standards, risk transformation, expansion, and scheme review.
9. Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and written and oral expression skills.
10. Experience analyzing and reflecting network conditions and member performance through reports.
11. Strong team management skills, especially for remote teams across multiple locations.
12. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNP or equivalent (for Aruba or H3C), CCIE bootcamp attendance, and CCIE Written certification are advantageous.
13. Proficiency in at least one mainstream large-scale networking solution and redundant backup solutions, with implementation, deployment, and maintenance experience.
14. Familiarity with multi-branch interconnection technology and solutions, and use of mainstream network management platforms.
15. Ability to analyze and solve complex network problems, with experience in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining network projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. This position is crucial for the network team and the company, serving as the regional network leader managing network-related matters within the region.
2. Responsible for managing data centers, workplace network systems, and teams within the region.
3. Lead troubleshooting and diagnostics, including error interpretation, RCA, diagnostics, performance optimization, SPOF and bottleneck identification, network quality optimization, and security monitoring, ensuring efficient data transmission and stable operation.
4. Oversee the construction and operation management of the company's data center network and workplace network, including new constructions and acquisitions.
5. Lead the network operation and maintenance team to promote standardized management of IT projects, improve control capabilities, and ensure project quality.
6. Coordinate with the execution and implementation of network and system planning, managing resources effectively.
7. Develop operation and maintenance standards and documents, guide the team, and improve workflow and efficiency.
8. Handle device setup and configuration scripts, network design, capacity planning, and scaling strategies.
9. Manage documentation, automation, monitoring, controls, reporting, and knowledge management initiatives.
10. Maintain relationships with partners and operators, supervising service quality.
