Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide network support and troubleshooting services covering technologies including but not limited to-Routing/Switching/Wireless/Security: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5.
• Analyze and diagnose network/performance issues, propose technical solutions; investigate root causes and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate with service providers (hardware vendors, global carriers) for joint troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks for network devices and documentation.
• Implement network change requests following standardized procedures to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain network operation procedures and Standard Operating Documents (SOP).
• Provide 24/7 global network support through shift rotations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Networking or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in network operations.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, OSPF, BGP, firewalls, IPSec VPN, QoS, WLAN, DHCP, DNS, load balancing, CDN.
• Hands-on experience with network devices: Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
• Strong analytical and communication abilities (Mandarin& English).
• Proactive attitude and passion for network operations.

Certifications:
o CCNA or equivalent (mandatory)
o CCNP or equivalent (preferred)
