Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implement network security protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on network integration projects.
• Document network topology, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide support for network-related issues and incidents.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with the ability to read, write and speak in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or other major networking platforms.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, HCIA etc.) is a plus
