Job description

The primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, & other related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provides support services to clients with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
• Involved in IT asset and inventory management, performing housekeeping for company's IT assets.
• Assist in IT project implementation as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• CCNA Certification is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security practices.
• Hands-on experience with network device and server configuration and administration.
• Skilled in using network monitoring tools and resolving technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
