Job description

Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of related experience, with a preference for candidates who have led projects.
• Familiar with basic server and storage principles, proficient in managing and configuring VMware vCenter + ESXi , Hyper-V , KVM/AHV
• Experienced with hardware from brands such as DELL, and HPE, as well as storage devices.
• Proficient in configuring, managing, and maintaining Linux servers.
• Skilled in using monitoring tools like Site 24X7 , Zabbix and Grafana; experience in Zabbix integration is a plus.
• Proficient in analyzing and reflecting Server conditions and member performance through reports.
• Excellent team management skills are preferred, with experience in remote team management across multiple distributions.
• Having ITIL is a plus, Necessary qualidfied Dell or equivelant certification for HPE .
• Responsible for managing data centers, workplace server systems, and teams within the region.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics : Error Interpretation , RCA and Diagnostics , Performance Optimization ) , SPOF and bottleneck identificationResponsible for optimizing server quality, performance analysis, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, continuous improvement and optimization within the region, establishing server operation and maintenance records, monitoring server security, ensuring efficient transmission of internal data, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of various systems;
• Responsible for the construction and operation management (new construction and acquisition) of the company's data center server and workplace server;
• Having the ability to analyze and solve complex server problems, and having experience in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining server construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream large-scale servering solution and redundant backup solution in the industry, and have experience in implementation, deployment, and operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, resolve failures, and optimize system performance. Device Setup and Configuration script ( Templating)
• Documentation and Knowledge Management : Automation and Tooling , Monitoring and Alerting , PPM and reporting

Nice To Have:

• Proficient in using web server tools such as Nginx, HaProxy, and Tomcat.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Experience in data center operations is a plus.
• Develop appropriate operation and maintenance standards and documents, guide and supervise the server operation and maintenance team to do a good job in daily operation and maintenance work, optimize the workflow of the server operation and maintenance team, and improve work efficiency;
• server physical resources: Understand DC well, bridge, information room, and routing standards, and have more than 3 years of experience in implementing relevant standards, risk transformation, expansion, and scheme review
