As a Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations, resolving incidents within SLAs, and driving automation for efficiency. If you're passionate about network systems, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional technical support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor work queues to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests within agreed SLAs.
• Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents, update tickets with detailed resolution steps, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze issues/errors, logging incidents promptly and capturing relevant information for immediate resolution.
• Provide second-level support, identifying root causes of incidents and problems to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to extend support and ensure smooth operations.
• Execute changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans, documenting them in the change record.
• Follow shift handover processes, highlighting key tickets and critical tasks for the next shift.
• Escalate tickets to the Center of Excellence (CoE) or management as needed to ensure focus and resolution.
• Collaborate with automation teams to optimize efforts and automate routine tasks for efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Network Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven track record in handling complex IT incidents and delivering within SLAs.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in IT Infrastructure, Network Systems Architecture, and Troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Hardware/Software Installation and Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms, including:
• Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory.
• Helpdesk Platforms (ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
• Remote Monitoring & Management (Pulseway, Addigy).
• Mobile Device Management (SOTI).
• Networking Tools: TP-Link Omada Cloud (Routers, Switches, Access Points), VoIP (Cisco, 3CX), Firewalls (Fortinet, ZScaler).
• Team Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack.
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini (prompting experience).
• Knowledge of ICT Asset Management and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with E-commerce environments is a plus.
