Job description

Support the division with administrative and operational duties, utilizing various software and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the manager and department
  • Using software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Exploring and leveraging internal systems including ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and external contacts
  • Photocopying and printing documents, sometimes on behalf of colleagues
  • Assisting the Line Manager in ad‑hoc projects and implementation
  • Preparing marketing materials and uploading them on Pfizer systems
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Candidate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Preferably specialized in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Marketing
  • Ability to work independently, result‑oriented, diligent, and self‑motivated
  • A team player with good spoken and written English skills
