The NAM is responsible for demand generation based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives.

Network Managers focus on uncovering unmet needs, enabling Networks, and partnering on disease-specific and promotional meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identify Customers, including decision-making/influencing network
  2. Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action
  3. Disseminate information via multi- and omnichannel communication in the customer target group through preferred channels
  4. Engage with customers through in-person and virtual interactions to support customer needs
  5. Problem-solve complex account/institution challenges related to billing and product procurement
  6. Analyze current contracts, identify opportunities, and execute contracts with customers
  7. Respond to customer requests by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  8. Arrange meetings to support communication and education about our disease areas
  9. Facilitate customer collaboration to advance mutual interests in therapy areas
  10. Achieve revenue targets for accounts under remit
  11. Ensure effective sales transaction processes, including price negotiations, order processing, and handling complaints and returns
  12. Drive brand strategy development and execution to enhance brand value and growth
  13. Develop and execute promotional programs and materials for key brands
  14. Lead special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with solid industry knowledge.

At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical/marketing/sales management, focusing on customer-centric behavior and demonstrated leadership.
