Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end administrative process for new product introductions.
  • Maintain accurate product records in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required data and documentation.
  • Ensure internal compliance and regulatory standards are met.
  • Track project timelines, risks, and delays, and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing product data for e-commerce platforms.
  • Support SKU creation, categorization, and enrichment.
  • Generate and distribute NPI reports.
  • Onboard new vendors and support new brand/product setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and smooth product launches

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in supplier management or procurement roles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills essential.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) systems preferred.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple department
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • A Diploma with strong relevant work experience (2–4 years) in sourcing, procurement, or supplier coordination may also be considered.
