Job description

GENERAL MISSIONS

  • Supervision and Animation
  • Program, set up, and animate nature activities and sustainability topics, according to the nature activities defined for the Resort.
  • Suggest and potentially develop new nature activities (punctual events or recurrent) or adapt existing activities to raise GM awareness on the environment and local cultural strengths of the Resort.
  • If service providers are contracted to offer nature activities in the Resort: work closely with the providers according to needs.
  • Follow up relations with local environmental associations (on-site project follow-up, discussion exchanges, invitations to the resort when relevant).
  • Conduct regular monitoring on local sustainability topics and send updates to the BU CSR Coordinator.
  • Support the Resort Foundation GO for solidarity actions when relevant.
  • Actively participate in creating marketing content on the Resort’s sustainability and nature with the Content and Community Coordinator (E-GO).
  • Write and update SOPs specific to the Resort’s nature activities.
  • Participate in promoting local sales and promote nature activities throughout the Resort client’s path.
  • Ensure active and visible promotion of nature activities to clients through the Resort’s communication tools, respecting the communication plan.
  • Be an ambassador of nature activities and sustainability topics, onboard the Resort’s G.Os and G.Es to relay information to clients.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

  • Be responsible for security during nature activities.
  • Maintain the nature activities’ materials, equipment, and facilities to ensure security and quality.
  • Respect the village's equipment and heritage.
  • Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection).
  • Limit electricity and water consumption.
