Overview

We're Hiring: Native Korean - Asset Manager!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Native Korean Asset Manager to oversee and optimize our asset portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, cultural understanding, and expertise in asset management to drive investment performance and support our Korean market expansion.

Job Details
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Salary: RM 10,000
  • Work Hour: Mon- Fri(8am – 5pm or 9am -6pm)
  • Education: Diploma and above holder
  • Joining Date: 15th September 2025
  • Headcount: 10
  • Min Requirement: Must be proficient to use excel, Must have at least 1 year of related field experience, SME working experience would be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver Asset Management services for multiple Cisco customers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders.
  • Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco IB data.
  • Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
  • Accountable to ensure that customer’s IB is in the right contract, right location and under right coverage.
  • Ensure customer Install Base is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.
  • Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.
  • Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
  • Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
  • Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Skills
  • Interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits – high level of excel mastery is required.
  • Develop and lead execution of action plan to update Client databases with improved IB data – ability to work with Client tools and databases.
  • Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and conduct (potential) on-site visits - excellent communication skills, bold, assertive and possess a sense of ownership of the accounts/customers.
  • Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders – ability to generate reports using excel, power BI (desired) and other dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
