A leading company seeks a National Sales & Marketing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee sales operations, develop customer relations, and achieve key revenue targets. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership and analytical skills with significant experience in the personal care or beauty industry. The role demands excellent communication abilities in multiple languages, including Mandarin.
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day Sales & Marketing operations
- Develop and maintain strong bonds with key corporate customers and business partners
- Work with marketing, training, and sales team to meet brand objectives and top line market share
- Coach, guide, motivate and effectively manage sales to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Implement retail management strategies (merchandising, customer experience, eCommerce)
- Assist to identify, develop, and launch new products and services
- Maintain close liaison with the Board of Directors, and submit monthly Management report
- Review inventory, sales and activities report to measure company productivity and goal achievements and to determine areas needing improvement, and report to Board of Directors
Qualification:
-Preferably a B.A. Degree in Business and/or related fields.
- Diploma Certificate holders with excellent work references will also be considered.
-Experience: Minimum 5-8 years SALES & MARKETING experience in personal care, spa or beauty related industries with leadership experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good presentation skills
