National Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals for RTD products.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and optimizing distribution channels.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the RTD category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including major retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or a related industry
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience with Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
