Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced Head of National Primary School to provide strategic leadership and drive academic excellence within the primary division. Reporting to the Campus Principal, you will oversee curriculum implementation, teaching standards, staff development and day-to-day operations to sustain high performance.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Malaysian National Primary School curriculum, MOE requirements, and a proven track record in school

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in education.
• Strong knowledge of MOE guidelines and Malaysian National Primary School curriculum.
• Experience in curriculum implementation and school administration.
• Ability to lead teaching teams and drive school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the National Primary School.
• Drive academic excellence and high teaching standards.
• Develop and implement school improvement initiatives.
• Ensure MOE compliance and regulatory standards.
• Oversee curriculum delivery and examination planning.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
• Engage parents and stakeholders; promote school community.
• Oversee school resources and governance; deputise for Campus Principal.
