Job description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your technical expertise and skills to the delivery of customer and operational excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to provide professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) and/or transport management solutions (TMS). You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide professional responses to warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.
  • Understand and analyze our system solutions to meet customers’ operational requirements.
  • Study and prepare information systems solution design documents to ensure they can be implemented.
  • Configure our WMS and/or TMS and surrounding applications to align customer requirements with our operations.
  • Deliver logical mapping for interface and report development.
  • Train superusers on configuration techniques and new/existing functionalities.
  • Manage change requests, including discussions with customers, review of new requirements, reconfiguration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Provide consultation and support on new implementations and existing projects.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in operational processes for supply chain in a service provider (internal or external) environment.
  • Presentation skills, both in preparation and delivery, including training.
  • Strong experience with WMS/TMS systems and system integration (mapping).
  • Ability to troubleshoot WMS/TMS/EDI processing and data quality issues.
