Job summary

Micron Technology Malaysia is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to develop and maintain test programs for NAND Flash products. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure readiness for new product introductions and high-volume manufacturing.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, with strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python, plus solid analytical and communication abilities. Unix/Linux knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++/Python.
• Solid analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production groups to ensure test program readiness for new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
• Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization and data analysis.
• Provide cost-effective and innovative test flow optimization solutions and release test programs to production.
• Assist process and production teams with engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative test time reduction solutions and utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance problem-solving.
