Qualifications

Job Purpose

The Financial and Statutory Report Manager will serve as a custodian of value, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, proper maintenance of accounting records, and compliance with corporate policies, the Standard Chart of Accounts, and MFRS. This role involves providing expertise on accounting policies, working closely with GCAD, and advising stakeholders within the global operating framework. Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Oversee all accounting and reporting activities to ensure compliance with global and local regulations, working closely with service hubs for quality service delivery.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and publish timely financial statements and coordinate regulatory reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
  3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal reporting requirements, support audit processes, and maintain controls.
  4. Internal Controls: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
  5. Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Several years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  3. Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
