What will you do?

Develop, frame, and execute local category strategies aligned with the global vision, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing categories, brands, shoppers, and portfolio opportunities at zone/global levels
  • Cascading, implementing, and endorsing global and zone strategies locally
  • Contributing to the 3-year plan by category for brands and channels
  • Adapting and executing Category Activation plans in collaboration with Marketing
  • Building yearly category strategies for local retailers
  • Designing and recommending Category Activation plans
  • Supporting Sales teams in implementing Category JBP with Marketing
  • Building trust with top retailers through expertise on market trends and co-developing activation strategies
  • Sharing global best practices on category activation and sales strategies

Who are we looking for?

  • Market & Consumer Insight: Identifies market drivers and translates trends into insights
  • Brand Development: Thinks strategically about brands, imagines innovative products/services, develops campaigns, and integrates shopper insights
  • Activation Excellence: Delivers with agility and rigor, incorporates sustainability and business consciousness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
