You will gather requirements from business operations and technology teams, lead stakeholder workshops, and champion change delivery to realize business benefits in areas like private banking, digital banking, and payments.

You will work with senior stakeholders, communicate clearly in English, and leverage your deep industry knowledge to influence

Qualificações

• Strong communication in English.
• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese read/write is highly favored.
• Must have domain functional experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, or related banking domains.
• Experience across Transformation initiatives and change delivery in large financial services contexts.
• Ability to develop business cases and translate benefits into design enablers.
