Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical and HVAC systems across our outlets and central kitchen in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in maintenance, good communication skills, and be willing to travel. A technical certificate or diploma is advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical/maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience in electrical, air-conditioning, chiller and refrigeration systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repairs independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, wiring, air-conditioning units, chillers, freezers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out general handyman and maintenance work across outlets and the central kitchen.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment service schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with outlet managers.
• Attend to breakdowns and emergency repair requests when required.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and equipment requiring replacement.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and properly.
