Job summary

KUFONG THERAPY CENTRE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing tasks. The role covers basic appliance repair and general handyman duties.

You should be able to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly to breakdowns. A willingness to do minor renovations and possess own transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance work (aircond / electrical / plumbing / general repair)
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
• Experience in air conditioning repair is highly preferred
• Possess own transport is an added advantage
• Technical certification (Electrical / HVAC) is a plus
• Basic renovation skills (carpentry, painting, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
• Carry out basic electrical works (lighting, wiring, troubleshooting)
• Repair household appliances such as washing machines
• Handle plumbing works including leakage repair, pipe installation, and maintenance
• Perform general repair and minor renovation works (drilling, painting, installation, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure timely repair
