Job summary

Farm To Fork Sdn Bhd (Pop Meals) is seeking a Preventive/Project Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep of freezers, chillers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing across our outlets. You will implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support outlet operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or facilities management, PW4 certification is a plus, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple locations and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical and plumbing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance, servicing and repair of freezers, chillers, and HVAC systems across outlets.
• Facilities maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and basic structural upkeep.
• Maintain records of servicing history, downtime, and costs; contribute to SOPs.
