Job summary

Plus Studio & Marketing Communication is seeking a Multimedia Designer to create visuals across websites, social, ads and videos while upholding brand consistency. You will collaborate with the Brand and Marketing team to deliver engaging content that communicates key messages and supports marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong motion graphics, animation skills, UX/UI awareness, and solid knowledge of HTML/CSS basics. A fresh portfolio demonstrating diverse multimedia work is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in a marketing or communications environment, with a focus on financial services.
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging graphics, motion graphics, animations, and videos for websites, social media, advertisements, emails, banners, posters, infographics, and more.
• Create motion-based content such as animated social assets, digital ads, video transitions, title sequences, and other short-form visuals.
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Group Brand and Marketing team to conceptualize and produce content that communicates key messages.
• Study briefs, conceptualize design based on requirements and amend designs after feedback
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Work with writers, Marketing team, and stakeholders to align creative vision with strategic objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design.

The Multimedia Designer will create visually compelling content that enhances our brand and engages our target audience. This role involves developing graphics, motion graphics, animations, and videos to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across various platforms.

• Develop engaging graphics, motion graphics, animations, and videos, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, banners, posters, infographics, advertorials, and other marketing materials.
• Create motion-based content such as animated social assets, digital ads, video transitions, title sequences, and other short-form visual content.
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Group Brand and Marketing team to conceptualize and produce content that effectively communicates key messages.
