We are looking for a creative and proactive Multimedia Designer to join our team at Pro Life Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd. This role will be responsible for creating engaging photo and video content, managing our social media platforms, promoting products and campaigns, and engaging with customers online.

The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and able to turn ideas into engaging content that supports the company's marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging photo and video content for social media and digital marketing purposes.

Plan, produce, and edit creative content that showcases our products, rental packages, promotions, and company activities.

Develop creative concepts and content ideas that are relevant to our target audience.

Ensure content is visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the company's brand image.

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and execute social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.

Write engaging captions and prepare content for regular posting.

Monitor social media activities and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.

Stay updated on current social media trends, content formats, and platform developments.

Respond to customer enquiries through social media comments, inbox messages, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in providing customers with relevant product, rental package, and promotional information.

Follow up on online enquiries and leads where required.

Maintain a professional and positive tone when communicating with customers.

Product & Promotion

Promote company products, rental packages, promotions, and campaigns through creative social media content.

Work closely with the Retail Team to obtain the latest product information, promotions, pricing, and updates.

Translate product information into clear and engaging content for customers.

Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities through multimedia content.

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's broader marketing and business goals.

Monitor and analyse social media performance and engagement.

Track key metrics such as likes, shares, comments, reach, engagement, leads, and sales.

Prepare regular performance updates and identify opportunities to improve content and engagement.

Use performance insights to improve future content and social media activities.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Strong skills in photo and video content creation and editing.

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other relevant design/video editing software.

Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.

Good writing and communication skills, particularly for social media captions and customer responses.

Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new content ideas.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Retail and other departments.

A portfolio showcasing previous photo, video, graphic design, or social media work will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
