Multimedia Content Creator (Video + Design)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Content Creator (Video + Design) to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for both video production and graphic design, and who can bring visual storytelling to life across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-impact visual content that supports our branding, campaigns, and e-commerce presence.

Videographer Responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, and conceptualize video content for promotional, branding, product, and social media use.
• Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment.
• Set up and operate video shoots including lighting, audio, and staging.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other editing tools.
• Perform color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics where necessary.
• Organize and manage media assets for future use.
• Work with cross-functional teams to produce engaging, story-driven content for multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).

Graphic Responsibilities

• Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful graphic content.
• Retouch and enhance images for both digital and print use.
• Provide creative input for campaigns, packaging, branding, and advertising visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into graphics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in videography, photography, and video editing (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for junior roles).
• Proficient in video editing and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong eye for detail, color, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Skilled in using a variety of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
• Able to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
