Job summary

Ecosense Environmental Technology Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at Tampoi, JB. You will handle receiving, inspection, storage organization, and stock checks, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin language proficiency is preferred for client communication. Shift or overtime work may be required to meet deadlines, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Able to check goods, count stock, and follow instructions carefully.
• Willing to learn inventory handling and warehouse procedures.
• Able to work as part of a team and take instructions from supervisors.
• Physically fit and able to handle light to moderate lifting.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Received and inspected incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and well-structured warehouse by arranging materials in designated storage locations.
• Supervised and managed warehouse staff to ensure tasks were carried out according to management instructions and operational plans.
• Monitored and tracked the distribution of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepared and summarized regular logistics and inventory management reports.
• Continuously monitored inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
• Verified item names, batch numbers, and quantities against inbound and outbound documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Ensured warehouse safety by implementing measures to prevent fire, water damage, and theft.
• Conducted daily warehouse inspections to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
