Job summary

Capital B Farm Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a warehouse staff to receive, inspect and record deliveries, maintain accurate inventory, and prepare orders. The role requires basic computer literacy, the ability to use inventory management systems, good numerical skills, and the ability to work independently.

You should be physically fit for warehouse duties, able to communicate in Mandarin, and prior warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to use inventory management systems to record and update stock accurately.
• Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties, including handling and moving cartons.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify supplier deliveries against the Delivery Order (DO) or Invoice.
• Record and update inventory accurately in the inventory system.
• Record and maintain accurate honey weight records for each batch.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to packing list.
• Verify the quantity, quality, and packaging of all orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
• Perform stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory-related issues promptly.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Admin teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety procedures at all times.
• Scan and record stock movements accurately in the company system for all stock-in and stock-out transactions.
