Job summary

PPG Coatings in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is hiring an Intercompany Officer to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Intercompany Supervisor, you will support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, billing and payment activities across the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities include updating collections and following up on unapplied receipts, preparing monthly inter-company reconciliations, reviewing invoices on hold, resolving disputes, and performing PO matching and GRNI clearance in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of experience in an MNC or shared services setup.
• Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collections update and follow up on unapplied receipts.
• Prepare and maintain monthly inter-company reconciliations for Asia Pacific entities.
• Review and release invoices on hold.
• Resolve intercompany billing/payment disputes.
• Follow up on missing inter-company invoices and upload to SharePoint for AP processing.
• Perform PO matching and GRNI clearance for inter-company transactions in QAD.
• Help prepare Inter Regional Recharges requests; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support inter-company improvement projects as required by the team lead/manager.
