Job summary

Allianz Life and General invites fresh graduates and junior executives to join our inbound call center at Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral. You will support English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking customers, handling inquiries, and aiming for first contact resolution while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with working experience in related field and proven call centre experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Allianz - deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, or social media within agreed TAT.
• Provide first contact resolution when possible; escalate and drive resolution when needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate unit following governance guidelines.
• Handle messages, calls, and follow-ups; ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in customer onboarding and proactive service recovery.
