Job summary

Boston Scientific transforms lives through medical solutions and invites a dedicated intern to join our Penang site for a 6-month program. This role supports engineering, quality, IT, HR and supply chain tasks while learning best practices in a global manufacturing environment.

You will conduct research, prepare proposals and reports, develop presentations, and present oral and written evaluations upon completion. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must currently be pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Have own transport and must work onsite
• Internship duration of 6 months and above; please state your internship start and end date in your application

Responsibilities

• Works on specific functional area objectives or projects that may require research, working in teams, developing presentations, designing strategies, and keeping abreast of current industry events, market trends, or competitors' products.
• Becomes knowledgeable about her or his own responsibilities and the business and operational issues inherent in them as well as about the Boston Scientific's and particular issues relevant to the Company.
• Contributes to the preparation and production of proposals and reports by using word, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Prepares an oral and written evaluation for presentation to upon completion of internship.
