Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, carpentry, handyman and maintenance on an assigned property or building.
• Install new construction equipment following established procedures.
• Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems and maintain existing installations for safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed including time spent on projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations concerning water treatment systems.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
