Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a motorcycle lecturer or trainer in a vocational setting.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and safety.
• Required language skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical training on motorcycle topics.

Job description

• Delivering engaging and informative lectures and practical training sessions on a variety of motorcycle-related topics
• Developing and updating course curriculum and materials to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date
• Providing individualised support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning objectives
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve
• Collaborating with other members of the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our programmes
• Develop training aids, such as PowerPoint presentations, job sheets, videos, instruction guides, and student handouts.
• Prepare the necessary materials to facilitate the appropriate skills and knowledge of motorcycle spare parts to the students.
• Maintain a database of all training materials and keep it updated from time to time.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to incorporate them into your teaching.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Education/Teaching/Training in the automotive field.
• Preferably 5 years of working experience as a motorcycle lecturer or trainer, preferably in a vocational or technical education setting.
• Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. (Mandarin will be an added advantage for teaching Mandarin-speaking staff)
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, performance, and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective, engaging course content
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
