Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible dispatch clerk with driving duties to support day-to-day office operations. You will deliver and collect documents, visit banks and government departments, and handle various ad hoc assignments as directed by management.

Candidates should hold a clean B2 driving license with own motorcycle, have 1–2 years of related experience, and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with basic English. A D license is a plus, and you must maintain good attendance.

Qualifications

• Must possess clean B2 driving license and own motorcycle.
• D driving license would be advantageous.
• Not blacklisted by JPJ for driving offences.
• Good working attitude and attendance.
• At least SPM or equivalent.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia and able to speak simple English.
• 1-2 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dispatch duties and some clerical work e.g. delivery and collect documents, go to Bank and government department etc. and other related assignments as assigned.
• Carry out duties which may be assigned by Superior/Directors of the Company.
• Guarantee that office documents or items are protected and secured.
• Ensure timely conveyance of office documents or items to and from places as instructed.
• Keep a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
• Perform other undertakings like shopping, dropping and picking clothing, and running errands.
• Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned.
