Job description

• Create engaging motion graphics for commercials, social media short-form animations, and promotional videos.

• Storyboard creation and bringing ideas to life through your motion graphic skills.

• Work closely with the creative team and account managers.

• Create corporate presentations with polished motion design.

• Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our work fresh and innovative.

• Assist team members on design-related projects when they are overloaded.

• Able to work independently and in teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion graphics, Video Editing, Animation or related field is preferred.

• 2 – 4 years of experience is preferred.

• Strong After Effects and Premiere Pro skills.

• Prior experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or related field.

• Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, export settings, and platform-specific optimization.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, WordPress, Jianying, Capcut and other relevant design tools would be a plus.

• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, animation, and visual storytelling.

• A portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work will be preferred.

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency is a plus.
