Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and driven Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with Bjak’s brand identity and strategic goals. You’ll play a key part in creating visually compelling stories that resonate with audiences across digital platforms, supporting both marketing campaigns and product education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and internal content.
• Transform scripts and storyboards into engaging videos that communicate complex ideas in a simple, effective manner.
• Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, marketers, and designers to align video content with strategic objectives.
• Edit and enhance raw footage, integrate graphics, audio, and special effects.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual style across all animated content.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
• Stay current on video and animation trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation/video tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into effective visual content.
• Experience in short-form video creation for digital and social media.
• Basic understanding of audio editing, color grading, and visual effects.
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3D animation skills (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Illustration or character design experience.
• Knowledge of UX/UI motion design.
• Familiarity with scriptwriting or voiceover integration.
