Job Requirements
Applicable to Malaysian only
A minimum of SPM qualification is required
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in mortgage products within banks or financial institutions
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proven ability in customer relationship management
Ability to analyze financial priorities and influence customers to meet their needs
Broad knowledge of financial planning and customer needs assessment
Understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment
Knowledge of referral processes
Understanding of Mortgage, Advance, and Premier propositions
Excellent sales management skills and customer need understanding
Customer-driven with a focus on service quality
Attain professional and regulatory qualifications as required
Responsible for growing the mortgage business, cross-selling retail banking products, and referring potential Premier customers
Consistently meet individual performance targets and strive for high sales performance
Lead the Personal Banking proposition to identify opportunities and meet customer needs effectively
Grow customer portfolio through mortgage business and referrals to Premier and Wealth services
Collaborate with branch Primary Banker, Premier Relationship Banker, and Managers for inward referrals
Maintain high standards of sales and service levels, ensuring excellent customer engagement
Accurately update and maintain customer information
Meet Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and breaches
Adhere to operational procedures, compliance, and audit requirements
